Gold Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
20 small gold potatoes or 15 large ones, washed
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1-3 tablespoon garlic olive oil ( depending on how much you prefer)

Directions
Preheat oven to 420°F
Wash all potatoes, and cut in half then quarter the halves
Place potatoes in a large glass bowl
Add all additional ingredients to the bowl and toss to coat potatoes.
On a greased cookie sheet, place potatoes on it
Bake 45 minutes or until crispy golden brown

Best served next to a perfectly cooked Steak.
