Meat Turds

Yes, I calling these meat turds. They look like little meat loaf turds in a skillet with a red sauce.

Meatloaf Meat turds

1 ¼ pounds ground beef ( 93% / 7%)
1 handful chopped Italian parsley
Season Salt
Pepper ( white)
17 mini saltines, crushed or ¼ cup bread crumbs
½ chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1 egg white, ½ yolk if desired
1 shallots, diced
Garlic Olive oil
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup water
1 pinch sugar
1 dash rice vinegar
2 tablespoon tomato paste


In a metal bowl mix the first 8 ingredients.
Form meat mixture into 8 mini loaf shapes.
In a skillet heat Garlic olive oil and shallots, fry till translucent.
Add in meat loafs and brown 3 minutes each side
Remove from skillet
Add in 2 tablespoon tomato paste, ½ cup ketchup, ¼ cup water and dash of vinegar and pinch of sugar. Stir in till combined.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add back in the meat loafs and simmer with sauce and loaves for 10 minutes.

Serve warm.

Could be served mashed potatoes or by itself
