Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken


1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoon dried minced onion
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup balsamic vinegar
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Chopped parsley


  • Combine first 5 dry ingredients(spices) in a small bowl
  • Spread spice mix on chicken ( both sides)
  • Pour olive oil and garlic on bottom of crock pot
  • Place chicken on top
  • Pour balsamic vinegar over chicken
  • Cover and cook on high 4 hours
  • Top with fresh parsley before serving
