Honey Herb Pork Roast

One of my favorite marinades for pork, I could drink it, it’s that good!

Honey Herb Pork Roast

3 pound pork roast or tenderloin
1 cup beer( or ginger-ale)
½ cup Dijon mustard
½ cup honey
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons onion powder
1 ½ teaspoon crushed rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper


  • Place all ingredients into a Ziploc bag and marinate 1 hour or till ready to cook.
  • Place pork and all juice in a baking pan
  • Preheat oven 350°F
  • Bake 30 minutes or until cooked

Serving Suggestions

Serve over rice.
