Pam’s Two Meat Chili
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 sweet onion
1 can low sodium white beans
1 can any type of beans (optional)
1 large 36oz box of low sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon Chili Powder( more if you want it spicier)
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablepsoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
- In a large skillet cook ground beef, drain fat and add to slow cooker
- In the same skillet, cook ground pork, drain fat and add to slow cooker
- Add all additional ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
- Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6 hours
Top with favorite toppings and serve along with corn bread.
Makes a great party dish, plug in slow cooker, stays warm while the party is going on. Enjoy!
