Caribbean Pork Chops
1 bottle Lawry’s Caribbean Jerk marinade
1 package pork chops ( thin)
1/2 pounds bacon, chopped
- In a large Ziploc marinate pork chops in the Lawry’s marinade
- Heat grill up to 300°F medium low setting
- Grill pork chops 3-4 minutes a side
- While pork is resting, heat small skillet
- Cook bacon pieces until crisp.
- Serve pork topped with bacon crumble.
