Caribbean Pork Chops

Caribbean Pork Chops

1 bottle Lawry’s Caribbean Jerk marinade
1 package pork chops ( thin)
1/2 pounds bacon, chopped


  • In a large Ziploc marinate pork chops in the Lawry’s marinade
  • Heat grill up to 300°F medium low setting
  • Grill pork chops 3-4 minutes a side
  • While pork is resting, heat small skillet
  • Cook bacon pieces until crisp.
  • Serve pork topped with bacon crumble.
