Peach Crumble Pie

A classic summertime dessert, peach pie. Here is my take on peach pie. I have never been a fan of double pie crusts, I like the sugary, sweet crunchy topping on top.

Peach Crumble Pie

1 frozen pie crust
8-10 peaches, sliced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour

1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup old fashion oats
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

6 tablespoons cold earth balance butter, small pieces


Preheat oven 375°F

  • Place foil onto cookie sheet
  • Mix peaches with sugar and flour in mixing bowl
  • Place peaches into pie crust
  • Mix crumble together in mixing bowl
  • Crumble onto peaches
  • Bake 1-1 hour and 15 minutes

Serving Suggestions

Let cook and serve, can be topped with vanilla ice cream.
