Low Carb Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 2/3 cup almond flour ( I like the brand King Arthur, sold at Safeway/Whole Foods)
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2/3 cup Splenda
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup-1 cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips, mini
In a electric mixer, combine all ingredients.
Chill dough in fridge 6 hours.
Preheat oven 325°F
Drop by rounded tablespoons
Bake 12-15 minutes, cool on wax paper.
