Flank Steak Marinade

Flank Steak Marinade

1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup honey
1/3 cup soy sauce
couple shakes oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
one shake or two of garlic salt
2 cloves garlic, minced

1- 2 pound flank steak

In a measuring cup measure out liquid ingredients, add in dry ingredients and stir to combine.

Place flank steak in a 13×9 pan, pour marinade over flank steak and let sit for 8 hours. Be sure to flip flank steak over after 4 hours to coat both sides, if its not filly submerged.

Cook steak to liking and serve topped with Chimichurri Sauce! Along side Gold Roasted Potatoes.
