Spinach Salad Dressing

Happy Wednesday loves! My friend asked me about guest posting the other day, I told her I am all for it. The option is out there if anyone wants to guest post let me know. 🙂

I have been super busy recently, with getting back to my work out routine and figuring out what type of insurance I want to switch to when I then 26, in January!

Anyways, sitting here watching the World Series 2016 Chicago Cubs vs. Cleveland Indians top of the 10th tied 6-6.

Last night for dinner I was craving a spinach salad so low and behold that’s what I had!

Growing up my mom would always make spinach salads with hard boiled egg, bacon bits, red onion and mushrooms, with a tangy vinaigrette dressing.

Spinach Salad Dressing

Ingredients

6 ounces vegetable oil

2 ounces cider vinegar

Juice of 1 lemon

1 garlic clove, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon season salt

Directions

Put into shaker bottle or Dressing container, shake till incorporated. Best of made 24 hours in advanced so flavors blend.
Quick easy recipe for busy week days.
