Howdy! Yet again it’s Wednesday, this week I prepared mushroom chicken for my grandparents and it is by far the best one I’ve made yet. Plus, I switched up the ingredients based on past stir fries I’ve done. Hope you enjoy this one!
1/3 cup reduced sodium Tamari sauce ( GF)
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 teaspoons Splenda brown sugar blend
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon corn starch
2 zucchinis, halved and sliced
2 chicken breast, bite sized pieces
8 oz mushrooms, quartered
In a large non stick skillet cook chicken and zucchini. About 10 minutes. In a small measuring cup, mix together all of the first 7 ingredients. Add a drizzle of soy sauce and mushrooms and cook till mushrooms softened. Add sauce and cook till done. Serve along side favorite rice.
